    The program includes:

  • How long does the training program take to complete?

    The program is self-paced. Most agents complete it within 1-2 weeks, depending on their availability and commitment level.


  • Do I need prior sales experience?

    No! While sales experience can be helpful, we provide all the training and resources needed to succeed, even if you’re new to the industry.


  • Is the training program entirely online?

    Yes, the program is delivered online, allowing you to learn at your convenience. Some additional live sessions or Q&A opportunities may also be available.

  • What kind of onboarding is offered for new sales reps?

    After completing the training course, our admin will schedule an onboarding call to help you get started. 

  • Will I earn money during the training?

    While you won’t earn money during the training itself, once you start signing clients, you’ll begin earning commissions and residual income based on transaction volumes.

  • What internal support does RMS provide?

    Our company is dedicated to empowering agents by providing comprehensive training, essential tools, and ongoing support to ensure their success. 


    In addition to these resources, we handle all back-end processes to streamline operations and efficiency. 


    This includes managing customer service, account demos, account setup and underwriting, equipment programming and deployment, managing account security and compliance and menu building. 


    We also ensure seamless equipment installations, whether conducted in person or virtually. 

  • How much money can I make in this role?

    Your earning potential is unlimited. Agents earn both upfront commissions and ongoing residual income, with many building substantial passive income over time. 

  • Are there any sales incentives or bonuses available?

    Yes! We offer ongoing upfront bonuses and incentives in addition to your monthly residual income.

  • When do agents get paid?

    Residuals and bonuses are paid out the following month, typically during the last week. 


    For example, January’s residuals are paid in the last week of February, usually around the 25th.

  • What kind of businesses should I target?

    The training program provides a detailed guide on identifying ideal clients, including small to medium-sized businesses like retail shops, medical offices, auto dealerships, and restaurants. 


    We offer consulting for various business types.

  • What kind of support will I receive after training?

    Our team provides 24/7 support for RMS clients. 


    Agents receive assistance with sales, closing, pricing analysis, and creating savings proposals Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern. 


    Additional sales support is available outside regular business hours as needed.

  • Will I need to purchase additional tools or software?

    No, the training program includes all the tools and resources you’ll need to succeed as an agent.


  • Are there ongoing training opportunities for skill development?

    Absolutely! You can sharpen your sales skills and stay updated on industry trends during our weekly agent training calls with Brad and Phoebe. All calls are recorded for later access.

  • Can I refer businesses anywhere?

    Yes, you can sell to businesses located anywhere in the United States. However, we do not currently support sales outside the U.S.

  • What if a business processes less than $10k a month?

    Businesses with lower processing volumes may not benefit as much from our services. However, we’ll train you on how to help these businesses and identify ideal clients for our offerings.

  • What’s the potential for residual income growth over time?

    Residual income grows as you sign more clients, creating a significant passive income stream that compounds over the years. 


    At Real Merchant Services, agents earn monthly residual income based on every account they sign. 


    Agents are paid as long as their accounts continue processing with us.
